A super-simplified description of a production exempt from Texas sales tax might be: The production will be broadcast or the production will be distributed or it's a production solely for in-house corporate use. If you're working as not-for-profit, you have your own forms and we don't know where those are located in your offices or automobiles or pants, but it will be up to you to locate those for presentation at check-out here if you need to avoid paying the sales tax.
